I came to coaching through a simple question: what happens when the life you’ve built no longer fits who you’re becoming?
My work is grounded in clarity, honesty, and the belief that meaningful change doesn’t come from becoming someone else. It comes from seeing yourself more clearly — without the noise, the performance, or the expectations that have accumulated along the way.
I work with people who are capable, thoughtful, and often already successful, but who know there is something beyond the version of life they’ve been living.
I’m not here to hand you answers.
