PROJECT 12
12 weeks to begin seeing clearly, questioning what no longer belongs, and making choices more aligned with who you are.
12 weeks aren’t the destination. They’re where the work begins.
KNOWING ISN’T THE SAME AS CHANGING.
You can know what isn’t working.
You can know the conversation you need to have, the boundary you need to set, the decision you keep avoiding, or the pattern you keep repeating.
You can even know why.
And still find yourself in exactly the same place.
Project 12 exists for the space between knowing what needs to change and actually changing the way you move through it.
For twelve weeks, we work there.
THE 12 WEEKS
Project 12 is a structured twelve-week coaching process built around one thing: turning what you already know into something you can actually act on.
We identify what is keeping you in place, understand how those patterns operate, and work deliberately on what needs to change.
The work moves through four stages.
01 — CLARITY
We begin with what is actually happening now—not the version you think should be happening.
We look at where you feel stuck, what keeps repeating, what you’ve been tolerating, avoiding, or trying to solve, and what you actually want to be different.
By the end of this stage, we have a clear definition of what we’re working on and what change needs to look like in your actual life.
02 — MAPPING
Once we know what we’re working on, we look at what keeps it in place.
We map the patterns around it: what tends to trigger them, the thoughts and assumptions that follow, how you respond, and what that response keeps producing.
The point isn’t to analyze yourself endlessly. It’s to make the pattern visible enough that you can recognize it while it is happening—not only afterward.
By the end of this stage, you have a working map of the patterns keeping you in the loop and the specific points where something different can happen.
03 — ANCHORING
Seeing the pattern gives us a place to intervene. Now we practice what happens instead.
Together, we develop specific responses for the moments that usually pull you back into the familiar—what you do, say, pause, question, or choose when the old pattern begins.
We test those choices in your actual life, look at what happens, and adjust. The goal isn’t to respond perfectly. It’s to make a different response available often enough that it stops feeling theoretical.
By the end of this stage, you have practical anchors you can use in the moments that used to run on autopilot.
04 — INTEGRATION
The final stage is about making the work yours.
We look at what has changed, what still catches you, and which choices are becoming easier to make. We strengthen what is working and pay attention to the places where the old pattern still has a pull.
Then we build a way forward: how you recognize yourself slipping back into a familiar loop, what brings you back, and how you continue making deliberate choices without needing someone beside you every time.
By the end of Project 12, you leave with a framework you understand, tools you have already used in your own life, and a way to continue the work on your own.
WHAT THIS LOOKS LIKE IN PRACTICE
Project 12 is twelve weeks of focused, one-to-one work. We meet regularly, but the work is designed to continue between our conversations—because that is where the patterns we’re working on actually show up.
You won’t leave a session with more ideas to think about. You’ll leave knowing what you’re paying attention to, what you’re practicing, and what you’re doing differently before we speak again.
The conversations give us somewhere to see clearly. The twelve weeks are where alignment and change begin to take shape.
Because change doesn’t happen when something finally makes sense. It happens when what makes sense becomes something you can actually do.
WHAT PROJECT 12 INCLUDES
12 WEEKS OF PRIVATE COACHING
A focused container for working on one meaningful area of your life that you are ready to change. Rather than trying to address everything at once, we identify what matters most and use the twelve weeks to move it forward deliberately.
WEEKLY ONE-TO-ONE SESSIONS
We meet once a week for a private coaching session focused on the work that is most relevant at that point in the process.
Each session builds on what has happened since we last spoke — what you noticed, what you tried, where something shifted, and where you found yourself back in a familiar pattern.
We use that information to decide what needs our attention next.
THE WORK BETWEEN SESSIONS
Project 12 continues between our conversations.
Each week, you leave with something specific to notice, question, practice, or act on — based on what we uncovered in the session and what is happening in your life.
This is where insight becomes practice, and where the work begins to become your own.
BETWEEN-SESSION ACCESS
Project 12 continues between our conversations.
You’ll have a private way to check in when something significant comes up — a loop you catch in real time, a decision you’re sitting with, or a moment where you want to return to the work before our next session.
These check-ins are designed to keep the work connected to your actual life, without turning into another coaching session by message.
Responses are provided Monday through Friday within 24–48 hours.
30-DAY INTEGRATION CHECK-IN
After the twelve weeks end, you take the work with you.
Thirty days later, we meet again for a private integration session. We look at what held, what changed, what became easier, and where an old pattern may still have a pull.
This isn’t an extension of Project 12. It’s a chance to see what the work looks like when you’ve had time to live it without weekly coaching.
From there, we decide what makes sense next — continuing independently, returning for an individual session when you need one, or exploring further work together.
PROJECT 12 MAY BE FOR YOU IF
You already know something needs to change.
Maybe you’ve thought about it for months. Maybe you understand exactly why you do what you do. Maybe you’ve promised yourself more than once that next time, you’ll handle it differently.
And then next time comes — and somehow, you’re back in the same place.
You’re tired of having the same conversation with yourself.
You may not need more information. You may already have read the books, listened to the podcasts, journaled about it, talked it through, or understood the pattern intellectually.
What’s missing isn’t another explanation.
It’s a way to catch what is happening as it happens — and begin choosing differently when it matters.
Project 12 isn’t about having the whole answer before you begin.
You may arrive knowing exactly what you want to work on. Or you may only know that something in your life no longer feels right.
Both are enough to begin.
Clarity is part of the work — not a requirement for starting it.
